3. Project Agreement

  • Every project will be based on a defined scope shared via message, email, or proposal.
  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a new request and may incur extra charges.
  • Clear communication and approval are required before starting any project.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • A minimum advance payment is required before starting any project.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or website deployment.
  • For milestone-based projects, payments must be completed as per agreed milestones.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in project delay, suspension, or withholding of final files.

5. Revisions & Changes

  • We provide a limited number of revisions depending on the package or agreement.
  • Additional revisions or major changes beyond the initial scope will be charged separately.
  • Once a design or feature is approved, further changes may be treated as new work.

6. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines are estimated and depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.
  • Delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback may extend the delivery timeline.
  • Digital Projukkti will not be responsible for delays caused by the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Share required content (text, images, login access, etc.) on time
  • Ensure they have proper rights to all content shared
  • Review and provide feedback promptly

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final website/design will be transferred to the client.
  • Digital Projukkti retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any third-party assets (themes, plugins, images) will remain subject to their respective licenses.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and services such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Plugins and themes
  • Payment gateways

We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or failures caused by these third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Digital Projukkti shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Website downtime caused by hosting or external services
  • Security breaches due to third-party plugins or platforms

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific business results.

11. Refund Policy

  • All payments made are non-refundable once the project has started.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed work.
  • Clients are encouraged to clarify all requirements before making payment.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are not completed
  • There is misuse, abuse, or unethical behavior

In such cases, no refund will be provided.
